Welcome to the Guilford Gears Composite Team page.  We are a middle and high school mountain bike team focused on developing mountain bike skills, making friends, and having fun!  We are part of the National Interscholastic Cycling Association (NICA) and the North Carolina Interscholastic Cycling League (NCICL).
